Mountain Faith Mission had the vision the mid-90's to begin a bakery in Saut d'Eau. Doing so has proved only beneficial to not just the mission, but also to the community surrounding it. The bakery proves especially useful during the annual Vacation Bible School as the individual churches are provided with loaves of bread and breadsticks to feed the people, in addition to two other meals. The cost is growing of food, thus, flour and other necessities to bake bread are driving up the price to run the bakery.
